Welcome to The Myami Experience. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or accessing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve your time.

  • Services are available by appointment only and subject to stylist availability.

  • Mobile services are available within designated travel zones. Travel outside of standard service areas may require additional fees.

2. Travel Services

  • Clients must provide a clean, safe, and well-lit environment for in-home services.

  • Stylist is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by unsafe or unworkable client locations.

  • Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and parking requirements.

3. Consultation Requirement

  • A consultation may be required prior to receiving certain services (e.g., Hybrid Installs, K-Tips, Custom Color, Bridal Styling).

  • The Myami Experience reserves the right to decline service if consultation requirements are not met.

4. Service Payment & Deposits

  • All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • The stylist has the discretion to waive, transfer or refund deposits.

  • All deposit will be applied to total service or product cost.

  • Full payment is due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise stated in a membership or package agreement.

  • Accepted forms of payment include debit/credit card, Zelle, or other options approved by the stylist.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will result in loss of deposit and u to %100 of total service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in denial of future bookings.

6. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss possible adjustments.

  • Products (including hair extensions or custom wigs) are non-refundable once purchased or opened.

  • Digital gift cards are final sale.

7. Membership & Packages

  • By enrolling in a membership or package, you agree to the specific terms outlined in that agreement (including minimum commitment periods, billing schedules, and pause or cancellation options).

  • Missed appointments in a membership plan do not roll over and are not refundable.

8. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any scalp or hair conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to service.

  • Services are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers or scarring alopecia when high-frequency or specific treatments are involved.

  • The Myami Experience reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service for health, safety, or ethical reasons.

9. Children's Policy

  • Services will not be performed for children under 13 years old. 

  • The stylist has the discretion to end service due to child's inability to manage behavior and conduct.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on this site and associated platforms are the property of The Myami Experience. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Myami Experience is not liable for allergic reactions, damage due to undisclosed hair conditions, or misuse of products post-service. Clients agree to hold harmless the stylist from any claims resulting from services performed in their home.

12. Policy Updates

The Myami Experience reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies agreement to the most recent version.
